My Story
I am originally from Montana where I grew up camping and backpacking but have since found my home here in Oregon. I am a mom of 2 crazy kids, a wife and an Registered Nurse. I love God, adventure, hiking, paddle boarding and exploring the outdoors.
As a registered nurse and board certified transformative nurse coach, I have a deep passion for whole-person healing. My work is rooted in the belief that true wellness goes far beyond physical health. It’s about nourishing the mind, honoring the body God gave us, and reconnecting to the wisdom of the Holy Spirit. Each area of our health matters just as much to our overall wellness as the other and are interconnected.
After years in conventional healthcare and in my personal experiences with navigating family health issues; I saw so many people—especially women and caregivers (mamas!!)—feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, and unheard. That’s when I began exploring holistic nursing and transformative coaching as a way to support healing from the inside out.
Today, I work with individuals who are ready to live well, find clarity, and live in alignment with their values. Whether you're navigating stress, burnout, chronic health challenges, navigating relationships, parenthood, pregnant or simply seeking a more intentional way of living, I offer a grounded, compassionate space for you to heal and grow.
Together, we explore practical ways to care for your body and mind while staying rooted in your faith—through prayer, reflection, healthy lifestyle habits, and emotional healing. We also set meaningful goals and look ahead with hope and purpose.
