Meditation and Mindfulness
Meditation and Mindfulness uses breathwork to shift from the sympathetic nervous system (fight or flight response) into your parasympathetic nervous system. This shift moves your physical body into a state of relaxation and feeling of safety. Reducing pain, anxiety, stress, and depression over time.
Nutrition and Movement
Every body type is different and requires different approaches to diet and exercise. No matter what diet or movement activity you prefer, we will look at in what ways it can help and hurt you so that you can get the most benefit possible. Together we will create a plan for success and accountability.
Adventure
I LOVE to incorporate adventure into my coaching. Anything from walking the neighborhood to hiking in the forest, or paddleboarding on a new stretch of river. Adventure helps us face our fears, connect with ourselves and our surroundings, reduce anxiety and stress, and is a wonderful way to get in more movement!
